I think the staff are very good. Mary in Broomfield has been very helpful. I like how she works to have social and educational events for the group, which can be really important if you a sole proprietor or entrepreneur...good networking. She always tries to help and has good follow up. What we do not like is that the air in our office is either freezing or hot when the other side is balanced. It very much needs a balancing. Additionally although parts (common areas) are updated, the offices (carpet and paint) are not. Same with AV ... need to update to plasmas and current AV options. Some locations are still using old projectors, which are so loud, people choose just to all dial in to the presentation on their individual laptops so they don't need to listen to it. Our biggest frustration is the internet infrastructure. At times, it is very slow. So it doesn't work for our technical group. They are not downloading bulk data. We do like having the option to obtain conference space across the country. Unfortunately, we have folks in NYC, and there doesn't appear to be a location near them. But we like the service and how it is charged ... by use only.
