Optum Urgent Care needs to change their billing service. I started Medicare February 2022. Had to use urgent care service April 2022. My old employer insurance wasn't changed in the system. I had to pay up front. I had to chase each insurance providers to straighten it out myself. A reimbursement was promised to me and I'm still waiting, September 2022.
