Was very unhappy with Dr. Ethan Lin. Brought my son in due to concern for dehydration from a stomach bug. Was very rushed, minimized my concern, did very limited exam despite me asking for a more thorough exam, was patronizing. and I left wishing I had never come. Seemed to be in a hurry to get out of the room. I was hoping for some reassurance and I was treated very poorly despite me also being a provider and also working for Optum. Will never return to this urgent care again as a result.
Almost caused a heart attack. Went in with diarrhea after eating strawberries and just got off my Ortho boot for my foot injury& was given a laced foot brace in the same afternoon. When requested, the receptionist was too lazy to add foot injury and told me just to tell them when I was seen. Waited 4/5 hrs and was seen by an Indian PA whom I told about my arrhythmia and MVP. Also informed her ER dr usually slowed IV drip speed given my heart condition. She then doubled the normal speed of Iv w/o my knowledge and went to sle... read more
Took over 1 hour to be seen by doctor. After being seen by MD, it took them 30 minutes to do a strep test until I went outside the room to ask why it’s taking so long. So overall it took over 2 hours to be discharged. Oh and Dr. Ye needs to learn how to knock before entering a room. She just opened the door and said “What do you need?” Definitely needs more social skills! Everyone works too slow! It wasn’t even busy, the waiting room was empty.

I definitely recommend optum urgent care in pasadena the staff was very caring, knowledgeable, kind and very friendly. I didn't have to wait long for the doctor to see me.. I decided to go there if I have any problem better than waiting for the insurance authorization. I appreciate their help.
