Repeat customer here and once again Orlando's exceeded my expectations. Having personally known the owners for over 30 years, there is no one else I would send my vehicle to for collision or paint repair. Locally owned means that Orlando's is working for you as their customer, and not the insurance company. Wonderful experience from a wonderful staff!

Robert D. This business is 5 star even though my insurance company declared my F-150 a total loss and no repairs were made. Why did I give this rating? Simply put...Customer Service. From the day I called I was treated with respect, but also honesty. Jason was awesome in how he fit me in to inspect my vehicle. He also gave it to me straight up about the time frame it could take to fix my vehicle. He also walked me through the process of how to work with my insurance company. If their customer service is that good I am sure there work is even better. Thank you Orlando for helping me out! If anyone needs any autobody work done I will recommend this company!

Had a great experience with Orlando Auto Body. The staff was very friendly and the mechanic was honest. He gave me a quick quote after identifying the issue then when the work was complete said he didn't need to replace a part so it was $100 less! What I expected to be possibly a few thousand dollars ended up to be a couple hundred. I hope I never need an auto body shop again, but if I do I know where I'm coming!

Communication was great! Front end staff, repair shop kept me updated every step of the way. The work they completed on my vehicle was excellent! I would definitely recommend them!
