Since the pandemic, I have seen Auto Shops lacking in customer service and decreasing the services they provide to customers. Not Orlando Auto Body. I am amazed at how polite they were and how they worked well with my insurance company. They worked hard to get my car back to me as quick as possible, even when they had to order factory parts for my Camaro. I called several other shops and they would not even look at my car for 3-4 weeks and would not take a tow in. I am very happy with their service and will think about using them again even if I did not have to go through my insurance company. My car was at the Scottsdale location. I felt valued as a customer and that is important to me.

10/10 they stuck by me and had my back when my insurance company didn’t! Despite the situation being long and frustrating for both parties they always had a good attitude and smile when dealing with me. When I wasn’t able to get anywhere with my insurance they used their expertise to help me get it done. You’re in good hands with this group.

I will be updating this review throughout the process. But at this stage, 2 months into the fix of my truck, here is the current review. Very slow to communicate on updates. Very busy at all shops, so plan on timeframe being doubled of what you think it would be. From what I can tell their current vendors are having supply issues which slows the process as well.I'm anxious to see the quality of work, so stay tuned for further updates.

Had to replace my driver's side mirror. Orlando Auto Body in Gilbert ordered the part, received it in two days and installed in less than an hour. The individual in the office who handled my repair was very professional and helpful. If you need any body repair I highly recommend Orlando Auto Body and in particular their Gilbert location.

A friend of mine recommended Orlando's in Mesa when my car was hit and needed a lot of repairs. I see why he recommended them as they made the entire process easy and seamless. I worked with Kevin who was just wonderful (as was the receptionist)l. He explained how it all worked with insurance, and literally took care of everything! I got updates along the way, and when my car was done, it looked amazing, inside & out! I was assured that there work is warranted, which is a comfort to know, and my car looks brand new! Great place!

Went in there the day I damaged my car. I was impressed with the great customer service from the receptionist, estimator, and the final inspection way exceeded my expectations all around. Repeat customer here and once again Orlando's exceeded my expectations. Having personally known the owners for over 30 years, there is no one else I would send my vehicle to for collision or paint repair. Locally owned means that Orlando's is working for you as their customer, and not the insurance company. Wonderful experience from a wonderful staff!
