Orlando Auto Body is such a welcoming and knowledgeable group of people! From the moment I walked in, I was promptly greeted by a very polite and kind receptionist and was assisted quickly with my car issues. I was rear-ended at a red light and had significant damage to my car. The other driver’s insurance company was extremely unhelpful and so I was thankful for the staff at Orlando who worked efficiently in my favor. My car looked brand new when it was all complete and I think the process would have been so much more grueling if it wasn’t for the people at Orlando. Thanks again for such great service!

Unfortunately I have had to deal with these awesome guys too many times. I don't like backing into things, but when I do this is the only place I will go. They are awesome and handle everything once the car is in the shop, even getting insurance to cover more than they originally agreed to.

This was my first body shop with insurance experience. They were amazing. After talking to my insurance to let them know where to send the check they took care of all other dealings with the company. In fact I found out when I picked my car they found more damage and contacted the insurance directly. I was so happy not to deal with the headache. My car was only one year old and it looks brand new again. Thank you for an efficient professional job done right.

Jason was awesome! He worked with my insurance company and even pounded out a couple of additional dents while it was in his shop! Orlando is going to be my ‘go to’ company for any future body work. Th E price was fair, the work was excellent and professionally do e. It looks like a new car!!
