Mr. Medrano ( Oscar) made the process of buying a home extremely seamless. Oscar was easy to talk to and was available at anytime, with just a phone call away, 7 days a week. He was always responsive and answer any and all questions. He made the process very seamlessly and easy. My wife and I would highly recommend Waterhouse and Oscar.

Great experience working with Oscar and his team. He walked me through the whole process, was available EVERY time I needed him and his communication was amazing. I found a house a week or so after getting pre qualified and a month later, I’m closing. No problems at all. Highly recommend to everyone. Thank you Oscar! You’re absolutely awesome!
