Understanding customer service! The staff worked with me to get me out of a washer and dryer I didn't like, and into an awesome SpeedQueen set that works like a dream! I also purchased a new dish washer I love, and the delivery crew found a dangerous electric problem and fixed it prior to install without any extra charge. Highly recommend - competitive products, prices, and friendly staff!

I live in Defiance and have plenty of big box stores to shop at, but was so happy to go back to the county I grew up in and support after many people recommended. I had nothing but great service!! The store staff was so knowledgeable and the delivery drivers were excellent!!!! Will be a regular customer now and recommend to all!!!!!
What a friendly and genuine place to buy flooring! So helpful and trustworthy!!! The laminate floors and carpet look great. The 2 young men that put flooring in was did a beautiful job. They were professional and cleaned up after they were done! Would definitely recommend you give them a chance to do yours you won’t be disappointed 🙂
