UPDATE - JANUARY 7, 2021- 10 STARS!!!! Cannot speak more highly of Ousborne & Keller DDS! AND Dr. Patrick & Laura, Amie and Sarah!. These are the folks I have seen on my appointments over the last 3 months from October, 2020 through to my last appointment on December 2, 2020. Sarah is an awesome Hygienist. Very calm and comforting, with a sense of humor and a gentle spirit. She has taking my BP several times just to help me get an average reading. Amie has been EXTREMELY patient with me as I question the bill and in trying to understand the charges. I cannot even find more complementing words to describe Ms. Laura! She works closely with Dr. Patrick and is so incredibly friendly, unmistakably professional and very understanding, gentle with patients, accommodating and conversational! I have joked with both her and Dr. Patrick on my appointments and we have enjoyed many great laughs. Nothing like loud laughter in a Dental Office I have to say!!!!.
Dr. Patrick, I do have to ask for your forgiveness though. I promised in December that I would floss more often...Well.....I DO intend on doing it....BUT I have not as OFTEN as I KNOW I should. I prom~~~,.....WAIT....MAYBE I'd better NOT promise!!! LOL!, LOL!.

Dr. Patrick Ousborne & his whole staff are incredibly patient focused, friendly, and accommodating. Customer Service is their first priority! Dr Ousborne explains all services needed or recommended and which can wait. There is no rush to get you out the door. They work with you to submit your Insurance forms...although they don't specifically accept dental coverage plans. This allows them to upgrade equipment to keep up with advances in technology. Better for all of us patients!!!
They take time to educate you on proper dental care, suggesting electric tooth-brushes for better tooth/gum care. I did not have dental care for 12 years....YES...you read that correct. I used my Philips SoniCare & Eco-Dent tooth powder ALL those years! Then I made an appointment, even a couple of the staff STILL remembered me!!!! I was VERY surprised that my teeth & gums were not in bad shape after that much time away with ANY cleanings & after YEARS of eating cakes, cookies, drinking sodas, juices, etc. I had a "small cavity " just starting to form on ONE tooth!
Dr. Ousborne doesn't try to upsell you or add more "needed services" to your bill. He patiently informs you of what IS needed & lets you decide how to proceed.
If you have the old-fashioned 'silver-colored' mercury fillings in your teeth & you are over 40 yrs old, go to Dr Ousborne to have him remove them!!. None of us need more toxins in our bodies then we already are exposed to. Ousborne & Keller WILL take great care of you.
