Mike and his crew did our entire kitchen, livingroom, and hallway flooring in 3 days. It is absolutely beautiful! The molding is perfect, the color and type of flooring he suggested is amazing, and their customer service and response to questions I had throughout were exactly what I would expect from a company I'm inviting in to my home. I rarely give reviews but with this type of service I feel obligated to give 5 stars!
This had to be the worst experience I have ever had with a home improvement. I had hardwood floors installed on a Thursday by Pacer Flooring, and the job was supposed to take 4 hours. Six days later they were still correcting the mess created by his workers. Adhesive was smeared all over the floor, and he had me and my husband cleaning it up with a mop and cleaner he brought. Pacer Floor Coverings did all the upstairs flooring in my house and my experience with this company couldn't have been better. They did it exactly how it was promised during the quoting process - no strings attached/hidden costs and executed the work in a timely & very professional manner. Mike is a really nice guy, and if I'd met him socially I'm sure I would consider him a friend. With that said, I would NEVER hire him to do another job or recommend his services to anyone I know. His crew's workmanship was some of the worst I've ever seen, and repairs to obvious problems were only half corrected, if at all. To top it off, the job took several times the amount of time originally estimated.
We had one bedroom that needed carpet. They were able to get it installed quickly and professionally at a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again.
