We are so happy we went with Pacific Coast Floors for our whole house flooring renovation. Garnett was always friendly, patient and helpful in giving us ideas and finding the exact color/style of hardwood flooring and tile. Mike and his team did an excellent job on leveling our floor and installing the laminate. I am totally impressed by the service we obtained from Garnet when he installed our flooring. The flooring is exceptional and was well installed. We were dealing with an insurance claim and at the beginning, we were experiencing extreme difficulties with Coast Capital Claims. Garnet assured us that in the end we would prevail with the insurance claim. The adjuster was extremely difficult to deal with and in the end they settled and we still have to pay $2500. We were looking for area rugs for our living room when we stumbled onto Pacific Coast Floors. The sales rep Craig was very helpful in letting us know that we could have one made from any carpet style in the store. We left with some samples, selected the one we wanted and picked up our lovely new area rug 3 weeks later. Great service and product.
Beware of their so called 5 year warranty!! Our house we bought end of summer was finished by Pacific Coast Floors at a great cost. However once we moved in end of August, we noticed a hump in the bedroom floor. We called the owner, she came to see it and attributed the hump in the floor to be "caused by the floor expanding due to the change in temperature recorded on site".
