My wife and I recently had new carpet installed in our home and could not be more thrilled with the results! Our salesman Garnet was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped us choose the perfect carpet. The installation crew did a fantastic job with great attention to detail and left the job nice and tidy after. I will definitely be shopping at Pacific Coast Floors in the future for my next flooring project!
Best experience in a flooring store in Victoria by a long shot (and I’ve been to lots). Garnet and Lacey are so knowledgeable, had tons of great real-world advice, feedback from real world use on what has held up to commercial abuse, alternative install suggestions, zero sales pressure… 10/10 experience, super impressed! Don’t honestly know what could be improved upon!
I was highly impressed with Pacific Flooring today, and want to recognize Nigel Cook as he represented outstanding customer service. Nigel took the time to explain to me how to lay the vinyl flooring I was purchasing, and was very patient when I couldn’t find find what I was looking for, he suggested another type of flooring and it was perfect. Looking forward to using this company again as things progress in our renovation. Thank you pacific flooring!
We are so happy we went with Pacific Coast Floors for our whole house flooring renovation. Garnett was always friendly, patient and helpful in giving us ideas and finding the exact color/style of hardwood flooring and tile. Mike and his team did an excellent job on leveling our floor and installing the laminate. Mike went above and beyond coming out on an evening to do the work himself so we could stick to our accelerated timeline on the project. Pacific Coast Floors exceeded all expectations and made the impossible possible! While other companies wouldn’t take on our tight timeline, they stepped up and delivered stunning results.
