I started seeing Dr K last year and I tell everyone looking for an optometrist to go see her!! Her energy is amazing and she uses the best tools. She explains everything so clearly and answers all the questions you may have. Her staff is the icing on the cake! Always very welcoming and so knowledgeable. Amazing crew with a great choice of glasses frames.
I made an appointment for my annual glasses and contacts check up ahead of time and filled out the documents that were sent to me prior to my appointment. When I arrived, they did not have any of my information, or my appointment on file and could not find me under my insurance plan. Nice boutique optical shop with state-of-the-art optometric devices! Nice, but smaller selection of frames (makes it is easier to decide) at a fair price. Took my 10 year old daughter and she loved the whole process! 🤓
Had a really great experience with the doctor. She was super friendly and told me things I’d never knew before. Picking out frames with Chris was great! It was a super easy and seamless process. :) Definitely would recommend this place to my friends!
I'm really happy to have found Dr. Kattengell, and Chris at Pacific Pier Optometry. My husband and I were able to get in and out on time. All of my questions were thoroughly answered by the doctor and she had a great disposition. Chris at the front desk handled everything with my insurance and graciously helped me find a pair of glasses I love.
