I'm the owner of Sweeping Beauties Cleaning here is Palm Coast, Fl. I walked into Palm Coast Floor Outlet with no intention of purchasing and just to ask a few questions about certain flooring. Steve went above and beyond to help me. He knew I was there as a cleaner, he knew I was not buying anything and he still took his time to answer all of my questions. Robert and Bryan went above and beyond to ensure that we are happy and satisfied customers. The installer, Johnny, was knowledgable about the product and did a superb job of installing our wood laminate and trim and in educating us on the care of the product.
