My cousin lives here and I visit her multiple times throughout the month, and every visit has been a really good experience. The upgrades throughout the community are noticeable, everything looks fresh, modern, and well taken care of. The staff has always been welcoming too, and my cousin constantly talks about how great they are. From what I’ve seen firsthand, it’s comfortable, well-run place to live. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about moving in.
Ms. Susie, is a representation on what a “women of her word” is I came to her with concerns of my electricity for my unit and she said if I placed a maintenance order she would get maintenance on it right away. Which she did! She even offered to place the request for me. She’s professional, understanding and sweet. The maintenance man Orlando was very knowledgeable of his job and very kind. I toured this community for my mother in law and it was so beautiful. The maintenance staff really takes care of everything you need. Susie and the staff were also wonderful. We are definitely leaning towards leasing here once her house sells. I recommend anyone looking in the Cibolo area, to go and check these out!
I recently went to tour the Palmera on 3009 apartments in Shertz really enjoyed what I saw at the complex. They have a nice swimming pool to enjoy your down time and also a gym that I see myself going to. Also they have a end of year promotion that I am looking forward too in me moving into the property this coming month.
I toured this complex with a friend a couple of weeks ago, the staff was friendly and could not have been more accommodating. This place is beautiful and the pool looked inviting in this weather! 😅 seriously considering a move once my lease is up!!
