Pam and her team were wonderful to work with! They were so helpful and available any day and any time I had questions. Seeing as I am a first time homeowner, Pam made sure to go through everything thoroughly and explain anything I didn’t understand. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them in the future if I need to.

Pam and her team was amazing! As a first time home buyer, very concerned about which lender to choose, those concerns were reassured with excellent customer service. Pam provided detailed information and explanations, and was persistent in problem solving finding the best loan options & recommendations while still giving me the ultimate choice. Pam and her team consistently kept me updated & informed. Prompt to return calls, emails and face to face in office appointments. I did not feel like just another name, income to debt ratio & credit score in a stack of files.

I decided to give Waterstone Mortgage a chance! It worked out great! A choice I'll never regret! I had the pleasure to work with a wonderful person named Pamela Beattie! Any question I had, she answered with the most fullest detail! She explained everything to the fullest and had no problem going through it a second time if I didn't understand it the first time. As I'm very needy, she was always ready to answer any question that I had pop in my head at the last minute. She worked diligently to make sure I had the loan that I wanted and to meet those of the houses I was very interested in. She planned ahead for me and let me know do's and dont's, seeing as I was a first time home buyer! I was updated as necessary of any changes or info on my file through email and also was given information on the processes that were happening, whether it was a article or a video. Highly recommend! It was a great experience! Especially for my first time! Thank you Waterstone Mortgage for my first home! And thank you Pam for your great work! I'm one happy and satisfied home owner!

I found Waterstone Mortgage on Facebook and decided to give them a chance! It worked out great! A choice I'll never regret! I had the pleasure to work with a wonderful person named Pamela Beattie! Pam made my loan process very easy to understand. She kept us up to date and even helped us through an appraisal that came in under.
