BUYER BE VERY AWARE!!! I had reached out to Paradigm on November 5th. They told me my insurance covered my daughters treatment and put her on a waiting list. After 1 week waiting, they called me and said oops she is NOT covered and to do a single case review with my insurance. After 1 more week waiting (now at 2 weeks) they misrepresented my daughters needs to my insurance and now my insurance has flagged my premium saying my daughter is no longer eligible for residential care even though she has been recommended for this ... read more

This place seems to have very lax security protocols, as kids have been escaping and wandering around the neighborhood looking for assistance. Neighbors have asked how we should approach similar situations in the future, and were responded to with indifference and zero information except to “call the cops.” I sure hope they don’t treat their patients they way they treat concerned community members.

Parents Beware!! We took our grandson to this facility for an addiction issue along with some behavior issues. We had genetic testing done prior to his admission to figure out what medications he could and could not take. We hand delivered the test results the day we brought him to the Austin Facility. On day 3 the nurse called and asked if they could start him on an antidepressant. I asked if it was on the approved list and did the Dr review the list. She assured us that the Dr had. This facility is located in a neighborhood with 2 schools nearby and it’s very concerning that multiple of your patients have left the facility and been allowed to wander into the neighborhood. One girl approached a group of 6-8 year old boys and their mom asking for help. Last night around 9:30 a patient was going up and down the street knocking on doors asking for help. Had my daughter stay here for a month. She learned excellent coping skills and they met my goals for testing and medicine changes. Great communication between myself and staff.
