Overall, my child’s needs were met, however there were in fact, 2 major problems. 1. They do not monitor if patients are actually taking their Benadryl or not; they can easily hoard it. 2. When a therapist says they will meet a patient at an extra time other than a scheduled appointment, they NEED TO HONOR THEIR AGREEMENT! I also was disappointed that we could not have more family sessions. My grandson learned soo much! He had a very different outlook when I picked him up. The therapists made more progress in a month than he’s made in 4 years of weekly counseling. I only wish I could have been more involved in his journey. I also needed more coaching from the program so I could understand and reinforce what he was learning and feeling.
