Would stay away!!! A huge problem with mold, plumbing, leaking pipes, roof leaking, foundation issues, and more. I had to vacate along with a neighbor. There are sick people still living there, that can't afford to move. The maintenance man is not trustworthy and honest. When they were under Von Tobels management things got fixed. Since then horrible experiences. They do not represent the standards and care of what Valparaiso is about. DO NOT RENT!
What a mess over there!! My friend and his neighbors had to live in MOLD HELL. 1805 is a mess. Water Damage , flood , black mold,. Ken the maintenance guy is a liar and can't be trusted. 90% of the people there can't stand him. Dishonest and does shady things. Treats people beneath him. Dean is a good guy. The neighbors at 18p3 and 1801 are sick. The one da8ghter is sick. The one guy and his kid got sick. They did nothing but lie and deceive. Maintenance never showed up. I had my uncle take care of the bathroom issue, not once but twice, so technically, I'm still waiting for service. It's hard to get maintenance, unless you have an emergency( fire or flood) and that's still up for a debate.
I have been here a little over a year and we love it here. The staff are very friendly and their maintenance is also very friendly and helpful and respond in a timely matter. Great place to live!
Maintenance issues not addressed in a timely manner, it could be several weeks before someone reaches out to you.
