If you are trying to sell your house and wondering why it’s not happening maybe my experience can shed light on the reasons. We booked a house viewing for Saturday at 1.45pm - got there early and after 10 minutes no-one had arrived. Called the office to be told - that property isn’t on our books - I assured the person I was speaking to I had arranged a viewing via the Tilehurst office and the board outside the house said Tilehurst office and they said oh yes - but you can’t possibly have a viewing as it’s not in the diary. ... read more
