Manager Jimmy was accommodating, fast, friendly and helped me with everything I needed. The other staff, including George and Haley made me feel like a valued customer. I have been a customer there 30 plus years. First class hardware store with good prices
Staff not very friendly unless your from Germany. Staff could use quite a bit more training on products carried. I worked for HH when they were in the Mall, and had we treated customers as I've been treated at Parkside we would have had NO JOB!!! I tried pricing things there numerous times for complete home renous, and bought at other locations because of Staff. With the exception of the paint department. Have bought quite a bit of paint there because I like the Beautitone paint.
I went into flooring department, walked around for 20 minutes looking ,then 10 to 15 minutes standing at counter where worker was on computer, they never made eye contact or asked if I needed help ,will never shop there again, waist of time
The flooring person was helpful, but the prices are out of control, while the selection is the same as the other hardware places in the area.
Great staff who helped find what I needed and took the time to listen to my needs and gave quality expert advice.
