I have been at Parkview for more than 7 years now. I have had no problems if anything goes wrong in my apartment. The problem gets fixed asap. This place is a joke don t waste your time even looking!! They constantly have bedbugs and the place is disgusting not to mention they will ram you with charges on your way out!!!
I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone... I currently live here and cannot wait until my lease is up. The staff at this place is worthless. I have an air conditioner that barely works and they keep saying that is does work and they will not give me another one. Do not waste your money you freeze in the winter and die of heat in the summer its ridiculous.

Disrepectful to tenants does not take care of repairs as they should
Don't think you will get your deposit back , i had professional cleaners come in and make sure apartment was cleaned now they are telling me no deposit to be refunded , they are also stating the a pin hold from a stick pin cost $5.00 per hole to spackle it god forbid if you actually left a nail hole...just be warned no deposit will be returned live out your security deposit, it will take them...
I am not extremely happy here. I can hear my neighbors...even when they are just talking. I've had a problem with roaches in my bathroom and living room. Otherwise...it's okay.
