The company called yesterday to remind me it was time for plumbing maintenance (already paid for) and were able to schedule the next day (today.) Gene arrived at noon, pretty good for a noon-4PM window. Checked the whole house, drained the water heater (a must in AZ) and found a pinhole leak in the valve, which he repaired after giving me the price. He noticed the water heater was 9 years old and I should consider replacement in the next few years. Showed me what to do if I have a major water leak. All in all, very helpful and knowledgeable. Great company.

These guys are great. Highly recommended. Ive dealt with some horrible HVAC companies over the years, to the point where I have to threaten people to get anything done right. These guys did a great job the first time, and repaired tons of mistakes made by previous company I used. They even show up when the say they are going to show up. If for some reason they cant, they call and let you know. I use Patrick Riley for both HVAC and plumbing, and they have always been great. Great company, great employees. Always a good experience.Use Patrick Riley if you want things done right the first time. *** Avoid 24 Hour/****** like the plague.

We were looking for a reliable plumbing and ** company. Decided to have Patrick Riley come and inspect both systems over the past two weeks. ********* (plumbing) and *********) both did a great job in thoroughly explaining what we have, what needs attention and answering my many questions. We joined the *** program for one year to try it out. It includes two ** visits and one plumbing visit each year. The company gives reduced prices and priority attention to emergency calls for *** members. Both technicians shared important information about our systems, understanding that we can't fix everything right away. So, we did some of the ** items and will get to the rest in the next year or so. I am very pleased with the visit by both ********* and ***** and impressed with their service. Thank you!

My wife saw a Patrick Riley spotless truck going down the street, snapped a pix of it and that was the start of our relationship. We had been looking to replace our hot heater and I decided to call them. From my first conservation to out great and meticulous tech, Michael B., it was an exceptional experience. Michael was clear in his description of the problem and how to resolve it. His demeanor and class act gave us tremendous confidence in the product and labor he provided us. Any more problems, it will definitely be Patrick Riley Plumbing and Michael B. once again.

I was very pleased with Nick & Deraye. They were polite professional. Explained everything that they were redoing the rite way. In my language it so I could understand. My hot water in kitchen gets hot in a few seconds now. Also in everywhere in my house. Even in my basement. My unit looks a lot better than when the first installer. I would give Nick & Deraye 5 stars plus. VERY VERY VERY NICE PLEASED I would recommend them very highly. Thank You for send these two installers to redo my tankless water heater, it work a lot better now. Thank you again Victoria Grady
