*** did an amazing job providing a step by step explanation on what he was doing while servicing my AC unit. He was very thorough on what needed to be done and the services that would be provided. He was also training as well which was great because it showed his trainee all of the process that needed to be done to ensure nothing about the paperwork was missed. The entire team is always so professional and considerate of my schedule. Punctual and very thorough. Great job guys!
Contacted this company via Home Advisor to quote rebuilding the supply lines that go into my house. The plumber that came by to quote it walked me through the repairs and why each one was needed. Final quote was very competitive, and given the extra time the plumber took to explain the work, I went with them. Work was completed quickly and professionally and in line with quoted price. Would have them bid on future and use them again if price competitive.
*** and ***** showed up on time. And promised. They gave me option of repairs being made or replacing my old unit. Gave me a great deal on new unit. I have a unique perspective as I had started my career many years ago in the HVAC/Plumbing industry and know what makes a good tech. I have never once been disappointed with Patrick Riley guys. Do yourself a favor, skip the rest and just get the best the first time.

We decided to put in a new sink and faucet, Chita came out and gave us a very detailed estimate. He was a pleasure to talk to answered our questions and even gave us a veteran’s discount and an estimated time to complete.
