Tanner R. has been out to service our AC/Heating system. He does a great job and answers all our questions displaying his excellent knowledge of his trade. He is very friendly and gives us the updates on the various service plans available to his client base.
James arrived early the next day, determined the problem and fixed it. Ran tests and checked for leaks. All along the way we were informed what was being done to correct our issue and both gentlemen were courteous and knowledgeable. We will recommend them highly and call again if we have the need. Great job!
We had a problem toilet, made a call on Friday, plumber arrived on Saturday. Called to say he could be earlier than scheduled, arrived on time, very pleasant, up beat guy, wore the "booties" in the house, fixed the problem in a few minutes. Excellent fellow, very friendly, Highly pleased with his work and demeanor. A great experience!!

I gave it a few days to fill this out to see how the latest technician did on figuring out the issue. This is the second or third visit and the heater is still acting up. I never had the problem in past winters where the heater blows cold air and won’t reach the temperature it’s set at. It’s frustrating to have people have to constantly come in my home (with a 4 hour window which is difficult in itself due to my work schedule) during a pandemic.
Mike came out to do a regular service call and discovered a capacitor problem. I explained I was also getting water leaks when it rains. He proceeded to replace the capacitor explaining the ins- and-outs of the process. He sealed all areas with the "goop" and sealant to prevent future leaks. He gave recommendations to improve the unit's performance with no purchase pressure. Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He cares about doing his job well and the correct way.
Regular customer for years. My most recent technician, John, did a superb and thorough annual inspection of my 3 systems. Everything was explained clearly with photos to assist my understanding. No attempts to upsell at end of appointment. Just honest advice on units’ longevity and potential issues of which to be aware. I will continue to use Patrick Riley for my maintenance needs, as well as repairs if needed.
Yesterday James came by to service our AC and furnace. He’s one heck of a good serviceman! Not only did he complete the job, but actually took the time to explain what he did! Even took photos of any problems he found. James is a great value to the company! I’ll be asking for him in the future.
