Pauline came highly recommended by a friend. I didn't expect to jump into the process so fast, and wanted to ease through the process. Then Suddenly we found a house that was perfect and we needed to move fast on. Pauline and her team jumped on the gun and made the whole process super easy. I expected to have a lot more trouble, but not so with Pauline!

I reached out to Pauline and team about a home I saw and fell in love with on a Sunday. My goal was to make an offer before it went to open house the following weekend. The only problem? I wasn't even pre-approved. I quickly learned that wasn't an issue for Pauline and her awesome colleague Lorrie! Lorrie answered my email and sent me a list of documents she needed in less than 30 minutes. Yes, on a Sunday. She pre-approved me in two days and I was able to make an offer on Wednesday—WEDNESDAY! As a first-time buyer I didn't have a ton of cash to bring to the table, but my realtor assured me that GEM could close faster than anyone else, and sure enough a quick close was just what the seller wanted. Lorrie and team closed my loan in THREE WEEKS. Of course, the short turnaround didn't stop me from texting poor Lorrie every time I had a first-time buyer panic attack (which was often). She was absolutely amazing. She answered all my questions and calmed all my fears multiple times. I'm so excited to have scored my dream home, and it 100% would not have been possible without Pauline and her incredible GEM team. Thank you!!!
