This is the second time there’s been a problem with this pediatrician’s office. It’s a shame how little consideration they show for children, and I’ll keep posting reviews until everyone knows about it. The first time I came in with a six-month-old baby, they made me wait over 45 minutes with a screaming baby. I came in for vaccinations and had a question about side effects, but they told me I didn’t have an appointment to speak with the doctor, so I left with a vaccinated baby and no answers to my questions. Dr. Ana Rodriguez is the best, very clear on the details and instructions we are given every time she sees our baby girl, she always answers our questions. The office is new, clean, very well maintained, the staff is nice, the wait is never “too long”. We also love the 24/7 virtual care option that they have available and the promptness on scheduling appointments if they are necessary after the virtual visit. We recently switched to this pediatrician for my daughter, and our experience was excellent. The appointment was efficient, and the doctor took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer all of our questions. The staff was attentive, caring, and very kind throughout the visit, making my daughter feel comfortable and welcomed. We left feeling well-informed and confident about her care.
Our 4 year old daughter was sick with a high fever. The next day, we asked the pediatrician for a flu test but she said it “wasn’t going around” and only tested for strep. On her 5th day of a high fever, we took her to urgent care—where she tested positive for flu. Had she been tested initially she would have been able to be treated within 48 hours with Tami flu and would have been spared days of fever.
This is by far the best and most organized pediatric associates office that I’ve ever been to. Dr Ana Rodriguez is simply amazing she’s kind, sweet and knowledgeable. 100% recommended
