I had a beautiful experience with my children! The lady at the front desk was amazing and extremely helpful with printing out all the documents I needed. I believe her name was Samaya. The experience is clean and the location is close by my house. The doctors was amazing and very educational Dr.Albert. The Medical Assistant really helped my children. I love this location I have been to 3 other location and I will be bring my children here . They never rushed through my appointment and take time to answer my questions.

Wait Times are horrible! Just found out today they won’t give any grace period For their appointments For parents, which is crazy, especially people who have newborns or younger children. Then they still have you waiting in their office for an hour and Then you still have to wait when you get back to the room.

This clinic provides poor overall service. The front desk staff failed to understand how an accident affected my arrival time, even after I informed them. They assured me I would be admitted, but when I arrived, they refused to see my baby. The staff explained that Dr. Albrecht declined to see my children for a wellness check and only saw one sick baby. Love the everything about the doctors and nurses. Like not even being from Jacksonville and they made my family needs number 1 in my eyes lol.. The doctors listen to all of concerns and the results was amazing. Thanks so much and we really appreciate it.

I brought my 3-month-old son here for a visibly red rash and dry patches on his scalp and body. I explained that he has been scratching his head so much that we have to keep mittens on him to keep him from hurting himself. The recommendation I received was to try Selsun Blue for his scalp, and a few sample bottles of Cerevae for his rashes, no other treatment or plan was offered.
