I have been to this location and Woodbury lately, I like the store a lot. The staff is very friendly, one guy was surprised that I haven't been to Lebanon trail yet. When I told him that I just moved here he said follow me and got off work early. He showed me around the trail, explained the flow of the trail. VERY cool, that a young kid would take me out there. When I told him how cool the whole experience was for me, he said "No worries, I take customers out here a lot". I just moved here, Minnesota Nice can be seen at Penn. I usually go to Woodbury Penn cause I live close, but I always stop by to say "Hi", to the Eagan guys. more »

Just moved here from the south and completely surprised by how warm and friendly these fellas are. I already have a road and mountain bike but BS'd with a really nice guy for a few hours while he explained the area and where to ride around here. I learned a lot that my Nashville bike shop never told me. I've been here 6 months and have jumped in with a few road rides with these guys. My wife loves them, she is now a proud owner of a shiny women's Madone, they fit her perfectly, she loves riding now. I send a lot of people over there, every has been happy when they leave. more »

I had been looking for a bike for most of the summer, and stopped at a few different bike shops. I ended up buying at Penn Cycle because they had bikes in stock and even though it was busy, they managed to get me on a test ride & put a bike together for me so I could take it home later that day. I also had a sprocket break on my new bike while on the trails, and I took it in to get it fixed. I planned on leaving it there for a day, but I was in and out within 15 min. They didn't have the part in stock, but they saw it wasn't my fault for the sprocket breaking and they took one off a new bike to put on mine so I didn't have to wait. more »

Bought two bikes and love them!! Brought them in for tune-ups and they told me a three day wait but they were done with them the next day. I am sure they make mistakes like the other guy was saying but I haven't seen any. They would get five stars but I did have to actually pay for them and I didn't get them for free!! Lol more »

Penn is Not your typical Bike Shop. The folks here have their stuff together. I'm sure mistakes are made like the person below suggests but overall, after being an avid cyclist for more than twenty years, the guys at Penn are knowledgeable, friendly, and ready to help you with any cycling need. I especially liked the way they consider what you want as a customer and not just what they have in stock. I have some , shall we say vintage bikes and they were as interested in helping me repair and maintain those just like they would a brand new carbon fiber bike. Thanks Again Penn! more »

Good service
I purchased my first higher end bike there a few years back and the staff was helpful. The let me walk around the store a lot without bothering me to much, but answered every questi
on I had. They let me ride a buch of bikes and kept on offering me others to ride. I haven't gone back since there haven't been any problems with my bike, but I will be back soon for my wife. more »

I spent an entire Friday at Penn Cycle testing out different bikes and with Paul's great knowledge and friendly service I never felt pressured to buy. He explained how fit is most important and why prices range so extensively. more »

Pros: Knowledgeable, decent prices, not a 'big box' store
Cons: For some reason they can't resist making snide comments about my lack of knowledge, even though I am a cycling rook
Overall: I will keep going back until I find that perfect shop.

Nice staff
Penn Cycle did a good job helping me find a properly fitting helmet. Their staff was very courteous and knew a lot about their merchandise. I would recommend them.

In ShortSince 1964, when the first Arby's opened in Ohio, its roast beef sandwiches have been a popular hamburger alternative. The chain's signature red-and-tan color scheme and cowboy hat signage make it easy to spot. The menu features several variations on the classic Arby's sandwich--thin-sliced beef topped with barbecue sauce, cheese sauce or other toppings--as well as jalapeno poppers and... more »
