Well first, the closing cost ended up being double what I was told in the beginning, so that was a little disappointing. I was expect it to be around what I was told, especially because my previous mortgage was with you. Secondly, it was frustrating when you are asked for documents and they are sent right away but then you keep getting emails about documents needed. It had nothing to do with Ashton, only a question from another one of your staff I had that only got answered last minute because I called. When I was told I would have a call back, if not an answer, before closing. I called and actually got the women how was supposed to call me. Only to find out she had known for 3 days, but never called.
Both Linda Horne and Ashley Ramos did their job in an 'above and beyond' manner with professionalism, courtesy, and expedience. I was impressed by both and by PennyMac. Our refinance went smoothly and all hiccups were handled quickly and appropriately!
