Great service overall
Easy process, great customer service!
From start to finish this process was clear and straight forward. Savannah did a wonderful job
I have been with PennyMac for over 4 years and I have nothing but praise for the company. Refinancing was a breeze. Everyone I worked with were professional and gave me exemplary service.
Never left in the dark about the process. Always kept us updated as to any changes that might occur.
My only negative comment is that throughout the refinancing process I continued to receive annoying calls, emails and wasteful mailers encouraging me to refinance. I wanted to respond with "WHAT'S IT LOOK LIKE I'M DOING ?!"
