Pennymac was able to complete my request within 30 days which was awesome.
Jesika was pleasant to work with, when I could get a hold of her. Areas for improvement: 1. communication on timeline (1 week from initial closing date I still had no communication from Jesika that we would not close on time (not her fault, builders fault and pennymac red tape that delayed), it was only after directly asking if we would close on time that I was given a straight answer. 2. PennyMac was Very Timely, however getting someone to call you back was a struggle. I had to keep calling to get answers...rarely was I called back...that was disappointing. Happy with the rest.

Communication was very easy. Everyone was really helpful. I closed relatively quickly which was nice. Much easier than I thought it would be
There were times we got mixed information which made things a bit confusing. Some questions we asked were not answered with confidence, there was some back and forth.
I did not receive my updated closing amount. When I called the day before closing they could not give it to me. This was frustrating. I didn’t have the check at closing and had to wait days to finally be able to wire funds.
