Our refinance was smooth sailing!!!
The whole process was great from beginning to end. This was a refinance and every person I've ever dealt with at Pennymac has been great. It's hard to single out any one individual because the team as a whole was cohesive. Thank you! U deal with extreme anxiety, yet don't like spoken down to. The information was broken down but respectfully communicated.

Because of Jon’s hard work, I was able to close a VA loan in 25 days through the Christmas holidays. There was something communicated to me before closing that was not accurate but it was fixed when I called and talk to someone in the office and during the closing.
