I was called weekly with updates and my calls were answered quickly. Any questions I had were answered.
Nathaniel was exceptional. He provided me updates as he said he would. He was upfront with me about everything. My loan took a little longer than expected due to some title issues that were out of my control. Even with that, the experience was great. I am happy that I refinanced with PennyMac. As a fellow mortgage processor, the experience was great. It was so nice to only deal with one person after the loan advisor.

The process was fast and smooth, Penny Mac didn't just rate match but beat the closest competitors rate and terms. My expectations were not just met but exceeded.
