Everyone I dealt with just made the process so easy. Any questions I had were either answered immediately or within a day if it wasn’t specially known at the time.
We were not explained the process every step of the way. Our loan also got passed around between several different agents that did not communicate with us clearly. We closed 2 weeks later than initially anticipated and felt like the process was drawn out.
My expectations were not only met but exceeded. From initial contact, to pass-off to loan process and even independent signing in our home. Excellent service!
