My processor, Sarah, was extremely nice and communicative. She walked me through the steps and made sure I understood what was happening. There were only two things I have any issue with. One was a document that was was uploaded. A week later I was again asked to upload that document. I told the person it was uploaded a week prior, she checked and it was. This delayed my closing about a week. The other issue was I emailed two questions to Sarah that were never answered.

I would not say that the process was easy per se and I don't know that it all has to do with Liem Nguyen. He seemed to communicate well but several times he did not have accurate information and would need to apologize. I was also contacted by other people for paperwork that I had already given but the process had taken so long that I had to provide an updated copy ie: pay stubs and bank statements. Communication on Penny Mac's part with each other seemed lacking.

delays in getting my emails replied, discrepancies in dates and information regarding appts for signature dates. requested to be notified 24 hrs in advance on appts set for signature. It took 2 days of my work time that I had requested for 2 appts they scheduled for me which no one showed up and I didn't received a call. Not a good experience. They got it right on the 3rd time. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE, THAT'S THE REASON FOR THE LOW REVIEW

Easiest refinance experience I’ve had. Mr. Torres was always available to answer my questions and returned my calls quickly. Communication was always on point which was why it was a flawless experience. Thank you!
