My experience with Molly Christmas was exceptional. My answers of five stars or higher refers to her only. I do not like the team approach by PennyMac because I had to deal with way too many people besides Molly. I received document requests over and over again from different people and it seemed like they didn't communicate between themselves. Even now there is a disagreement on the disbursement amount.
The process was smooth. Expectations and requirements were clearly communicated and the followup was exceptional.
Everyone I spoke with on the phone were courteous and very helpful. They made the process so much easier.
My closing costs were rolled into the loan. I had clearly requested that my loan amount be updated to match the latest principal balance. This was not done. I was forced to accept the original amount from application even though 2 months after the number was pulled, I had made 3 additional payments on my loan and reduced the principal balance.
Jericha Kane’s communication with me throughout the process was excellent. She kept me up to date every step of the process and answered all questions I had. Her professionalism and attention to detail is second to none.
