The clarity of the process and communication was awesome.
Smooth process for a refinance after a divorce
It was quick and simple.
I was grateful for the continued information as needed
We were told that certain pay offs would not be affected..but in the loan and AFTER it closed we got notice from our Bank that a line of credit was closed by PennyMac. When we reached out to our Loan Officer, he stated "This closure is not PennyMac doing, your bank did this. It is NOT our requirement to close an account without notifying you beforehand" We went to the Bank and found the closed note was a request from PennyMac. We were LIED to!!
