Process ran like clockwork
The online process was so quick and efficient. Lymar Cole and Hilda Kuklinski were two quality professionals that walked me through the refinance process of our home easily and seamlessly. I truly enjoyed working with them both.
I want to acknowledge Sandra Benavidez's "over the top" customer support and meticulous "attention to detail" as she demonstrated these attributes consistently, consecutively, and continuously. It is my hope that Sandra will be properly recognized and her efforts lauded. Due to Sandra's diligent efforts, I was able to close three days earlier than scheduled. Thanks again Sandra for the uncompromising support!
Overall the process went smoothly. We had some issues with getting info and getting logged in. Towards the last half of the process I requested numerous times to change our communication preference to by phone but didn’t get it which caused delays in the process. Otherwise going through our current lender made the process easier than going with a totally different lender.
