I went in for tooth pain since many people recommend this office. I was told they couldn't find anything that would be causing my pain,but gave recommendations to narrow it down. So I decided to tey their process of elimination starting eith an extraction even though the tooth never ever bothered me I listened. Less than 24hrs later I was shaking, had some aches on left side of head, and no fever. I took ibuprofen that helped the ache,but not the shakes. I was told it had nothing to do with the extraction. I was nervous at first but the staff made me fell completely comfortable and Sara is the bomb!
Awful lot of different people came in & said hygienist will be with me in a moment? Why does a dentist always have to check teeth every 6 months with a cleaning? Lastly, the price for a check-up, no x/rays( were done 5 months ago) & cleaning was 198.00. is that normal in Orange County?
My experience with Penrod Dental has been amazing! They’re professional, accurate and so responsive! They’ll never steer you with services or products you don’t need (unlike some dentists in other areas of Orange County). Penrod Dental has integrity and they care about you as the patient! I am a coward and I don’t like dentists, but the staff at Penrod Dental made me feel welcome and at ease. Denise, the hygienist, explained everything she was going to do and what I needed to do to keep my teeth healthy. Honestly, this was the best experience I have ever had at the dentist office for a cleaning. I can’t wait to go back and meet the dentists and take care of what needs to be done. Looking forward to my next appointment; saying this is a first for me. Love Penrod Dental.
