Stay away if you want a builder that stands behind their word and work. In March of 2021, I signed a contract with Perry Homes for a new home. The origional estimated completion was September 2021, given the pandemic and my experience, I estimated October 2021, maybe November 2021, but I immediately selected and paid the required 50% for all of my options. Perry Homes is terrible. They do not stand behind their work. Have had warranty issues since day one. I Have emails to prove all repairs were approved by company to fix. Nobody will contact us to schedule a time for repairs. And then they say they won’t fix it anymore.
Great floorplans and quality builder.
