My two Shepherds love coming to the Charlotte Airport location, and the multipet discount makes it financially do-able for us. My problems are the difficult to read invoice(truly awful), and the fact that because of the holiday (memorial day) my guys had to stay two extra days. Obviously, there are people there(to take care of the dogs), there is no reason for not being able to pick them up.

The dogs seemed to like their day play. However, the customer service from the staff members could use some improvement. I have walked in to pick up or drop off and a couple of them don't speak. Just because you know which dog belong to a person does not mean the customer shouldn't be greeted.

I love the PetSuites Charlotte Airport location! I board my dog, Buddy, there all the time. Recently, I boarded my dog and he had a cyst burst on his tail that had been growing for a while. The manager, Holly, immediately called the vet and the doctor came to get him and took good care of him. A few days later, my dog tore the bandage off and Holly drove my dog to the vet again herself to make sure he was all patched up again. Our boy Kelsey crossed the rainbow bridge this past week and as we cleaned up his toys and blankets we realized how many ties and scarfs he had from visits to Petsuites. Even as he became a senior doggy he loved just being still and watching the excitement. Thank you for making our boy's visits comfortable and fun.
