We loved everyone at Pet Suites. Special thanks and extra Kudos to Chyna who not only made our tour of the facility so wonderful we signed up right away for puppy preschool. Chyna took special care of our Sugar. She treated her like her own. The rest of the staff was super kind and we could tell these folks care about our four legged kiddos. Thank you for easing Sugar’s and our anxiety!!! Definitely coming back for daycare, boarding.

Overall my dog’s stay was good no complaints until my husband picked up the dog after 7 days stay. We did not get a progress report and the explanation was they too busy. Secondly, my fur baby was given back totally wet!! With an explanation that the water bowl fell? First of all that made no sense and secondly why wouldn’t you dry the dog off before giving back to the parent. No offer the dry the dog off. I had such a wonderful experience at Petsuites. This lovely Gentleman, i believe he said his name was Don, he was just so kind and gave such a wonderful tour. very in depth and have lots of information!!
