We were In Indianapolis for my father in laws funeral and as we always do when come back home to Indy to visit, we bring our dog Lenny. We needed last minute day care for Lenny and a friend of the family recommended Pet Suites of Greenwood. They were very accommodating as well as professional and friendly. Our 13 year old English Springer Cheyenne had been going to Pets Suites in Greenwood since they opened. The staff has always been kind and caring to us and our Pooch. As she hit her Senior years and slowed up with special needs, they were glad to accommodate her and love on her. Recently, she was groomed there and the groomer did a fantastic job. Otis absolutely loves his days at puppy playground! He gets so excited to go and he loves 'his human girls' that think he's the best! I'm a picky dog mom and I am at ease dropping my boy off for the day! He gets worn out and is a happy and tuckered boy when I pick him up! Pool days are the best days ever in his opinion! Caroline and her crew are amazing! I love that they race to see who gets to bring my boy up front to me! Thank you for all y'all do!!! You're fantastic!

Petsuites on Emerson is the best place for our Lilo! We tried Barkfellers and she got kennel cough and we will never go there again. Petsuites always makes sure shots are up to date and that everyone is healthy there. The grooming combined with a play day is wonderful and she is always happy and exhausted. Thank you for being the best staff ever!

We come to Indiana to see family we always bring our fur babies with us. We sent them to daycare so we spent the day with our family members. They were definitely tired pups and slept well that night😀. When we come back in we will definitely give them a day again.

i just recently wrote a poor review but immediately the general manager contacted me offering to touch up my pup’s haircut free of charge! it’s rare to see good customer service like that in business and PetSuites has an amazing work ethic for this! :)
