I called P.J. Long because I saw how well they have cleaned carpets in our senior apartments before, and I needed a couch and love seat cleaned that I had bought that was absolutely filthy, but I really wanted. Jessie came out and this was a real iffi job, but he was going to give it his best. Jessi did a fantastic job. My couch and loveseat came out wonderful. And Jessi is such a gentleman. Very Nice guys, but the huge problem is that all three of them that showed up did NOT speak any English. I mean they spoke 0 !! I could NOT communicate with them at all... They couldn't do the job right because they were here before and cut my carpet and pad- so when they came back out to stretch it and fix the tacs or nails sticking out they couldn't!!! I've been stepping on very sharp nails or tacs just to enter my bathroom. The metal strip they put down does NOT COVER THE NAILS AND DOES NOT MEET THE SEAM OF THE CARPET!!!... read more

I’m a property manager for a couple properties in downtown Boise and we’ve used PG Long for our dryer vent cleanings the last few years. We’re very pleased with the services and will continue to use them. Karson has done a fantastic job year in and year out. Overall PG Long is a great company and we’ve used them for their restoration services & carpet cleanings as well. The technicians are always super friendly and very communicative.
The guy showed up an hour early during my business hours, he was lecherous and I felt very uncomfortable. He didn't bother vacuuming first, the cleaning lasted about 20 mins and now the carpets smell musty. Horrible experience all around, I had to cleanse my home of this dudes creepy energy
