First, let’s start by saying that he was a very nice me that was here at my house. He did his job pretty damn good. He was fast in and out. And now I love my new carpet they are so beautiful and also again thanks you guys.
My experience with Philadelphia Flooring Solutions was pretty much perfect, from my first inquiry, to the appointment with Luis for an estimate and advice on materials, all communications, scheduling the work, and finally installing my kitchen floor. Wilson called me a couple times to make sure the workers arrived on time. The workers (Auner and his helper whose name I didn't catch) were great - very professional, careful, competent, quick, and pleasant. Very positive experience from the sales process up to and including the installation. The salesman, Luis, was great and assisted me in making my decisions. The installers were very professional and did a great job. Love my floors!
