The plumber and his assistant arrived on time, were courteous, and diagnosed the difficulty I was having. He demonstrated how I was to temporarily 'fix' the problem until the HVAC specialist could make adjustments. Plumber contacted 5 Star right away, the problem was recognized and scheduled to fix.
