Over the past several years these doctors have given me the best medical advice and care that I could ever ask for.
When I made the appointment, the lady answering the call said that I would be able to get my cysts on my head (I've had removed many times) taken off in my appointment. I was very disappointed when I came in and learned I couldn't. Sherry worked hard for me to find me a doctor with Pinnacle close to home who could do them on my schedule instead of having to wait for the once-a-month doctor in Valparaiso to be in the office. There is not a lot of wait time and the Doctor is prompt, efficient and pleasant.
This was my very first appt and I needed it urgently. Thanks to Julia, the nurse, I got it within 2 hrs. She is very polite, friendly and helpful. I was seen by the physician's assistant, Andrea Dreff, who diagnosed it as soon as she saw me and took care of everything right away. She answered all my questions. She is very polite, patient and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.
Everyone l dealt with from the staff to the physician assistant was very knowledgeable and professional, and l would recommend them to family and friends.
