Was able to get an appointment quickly and the receptionist was outstanding on the phone and in person!
My appointment was scheduled for 1:30 and that is exactly when I was called back. And did not have to wait more than 10 min in the room to see Dr. Van Dam. Very kind and courteous staff. More importantly a thorough screening and explanations of what was found. Thank you!

Dr. Welch is the best. Beatrice his med assistant was also great. Both made me feel comfortable and explained everything they were doing. Could not have gone better
Dr Van Damm and his staff are prompt, courteous and responsive. My treatment was handled the same day and all my questions were answered. Pinnacle provides great customer service but more importantly they provide high quality care.
