Well, I came in to get a medical opinion. Not to have my symptoms compared to the doctors health. Running labs or some type of test would have been more comforting than the doctor saying mine looks like yours. That is NOT comforting or reliable. I need a real medical diagnosis.
My second time visiting Dr. Tobin who is one of many including the nurse practitioner Theresa who continues to blame "my skin" for the way it healed from their nurse practitioner Meagan who prescribed a creme/medicine that is a KNOWN fact in my chart, I am allergic to; had she taken the time to check before prescribing it, I would not be experiencing the damage done. Waited almost half an hour. Felt rushed during visit. Listened to front desk employees complaining about any and everything.
I saw a PA named walter's, who was extremely condescending and pompous! I came in saying dear Lord help me get this itchy rash under control! He looked at me and said please don't take the name of the Lord in vain! I was dumbfounded since I had not said anything blasphemous! Dermatologist needs to reach out to patient after diagnosis and surgery for questions / prognosis, etc !!
Appointment with Theresa Longo, Orland Park IL, superior as always. Biggest dissatisfaction is the unrelenting emails, texts to either remind one to schedule an appointment or of an upcoming appointment, and the sheer volume of them. Case in point, I already answered one text earlier today, yet here is an email, and there is another email that I haven't opened/deleted yet. Your notification system works, maybe too well, and to the point where it is ANNOYING!
