In the Middle Pinnex is a great location if you want to be located between downtown and Fountain Square. Now they do lack a little on amenities (pool) but if you like the simplicity in life and want to live downtown and not get hit with the downtown price then look no further. Units come with washer/dryer, quartz countertops and get walk in closets. These apartments have the potential to be great!
