I had a great experience checking in and being served. Everyone was extremely nice and the service people, cashier, and The salespeople on the floor were exceptionally attentive and supportive during my visit. The reason you received a good and NOT Great: In the rest area where the cars are located, I was on my computer and one worker behind the desk started talking politics. Had 10AM appt for an oil change & tire rotation. Was told it would take about 1 1/2 hours to complete. 3 hours later we finally drove out. I do appreciate that they did do my tire rotation (previous dealership did not) BUT 3 hours is a bit excessive!!
